Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of PlantYourDay protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup of sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons of the milk of your choice
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips 
  • Raspberries for garnish 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Grease a 9-inch square pan. 
  • Combine the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, milk, and eggs. 
  • In a separate bowl, combine the PlantYourDay protein powder, all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. 
  • Stir together the two bowls of ingredients. 
  • Add the chocolate chips into the mixture. 
  • Pour the complete mixture into the greased pan and use a spatula to ensure it is spread evenly. 
  • Bake for around 15 minutes, until a toothpick or knife inserted in the middle comes away clean. 
  • Remove from the oven and give time to cool. 
  • Cut into squares and serve with raspberries on top.
