Delectable & Delicious Truffles

What You Need

  • ½ cup nut butter (cashew, almond or sunflower butter or tahini are recommended)
  • 2/3 cup PlantYourDay
  • 3 tablespoons organic honey or agave nectar
  • 1/8 tablespoon Himalayan sea salt
  • For coating: cacao nibs, cocoa powder, organic shredded coconut, toasted hazelnuts or chia seeds, match powder, dried fruit diced

The Preparation

  • Mix nut butter, honey and salt in a bowl. Add PlantYourDay to the mixture and continue to mix all ingredients together until texture is firm.
  • Scoop the mixture into the palm of your hands making small balls.
  • Place coatings into small bowls and roll each ball in the coating. Refrigerate until the coating is set.
